Concept:
At beginning I was searching for an application with GUI interface where I could be able to collect, index and move my files to specific folders according to pre-defined rules. I already used a tool like this in windows Belvedere and I was searching something like this also for Synology NAS.
After long research I only found a command line tool, FileBot, that could work with my NAS. Now the challenge was to integrate this tool in a shell script in linux, or better a very limited linux distribution: busybox.

Requirements:
- A bootstrapped Synology NAS (but probably can be easily integrated in all linux distributions)
- FileBot (package source http://packages.filebot.net/syno)
- Cronjob editor (https://www.cphub.net/?id=37)
- Nail mail client (see here how to setup)
- A telnet/ssh client tool like Putty for windows
